The one thing I really like about this one is the little bit of bright blue in the middle. :D

Comments greatly appreciated. :)

I like the whole thing. The bright blue forms a contrast that makes the piece, but it wouldn't be worth anything with just the blue, either. Very nice forms and lines; love your gradient.

Glad you like it. Yes, the blue is not everything here, I grant you that. Just something I really liked about this. :)

It does really add interest. It's important. Sometimes a tiny area can be very important. You're welcome.

Yeah, I like that as well. Nice gradient. Very smooth looking, surreal, dreamy, and pretty fractal.

I think maybe this could've benefited from a more off-center composition. There's enough going on here that I feel like putting the focal point of blue in the center didn't help it be the focal point it is.

Believe it or not, though, if I zoomed out any more, you would see black around the fractal. It's basically a rectangle. :giggle:

So yeah, even though off-center composition might have looked neat, it would be a tad awkward.

Thanks for the comment! I appreciate it. :)

Anytime. :) Hmm, yeah fractal shapes do sometimes force compositions. Like perfect circles force central ones, and quirky screen-filling ones can kinda force an off-center one if the details somewhere are lacking at best.

Very nice mixture of colors. I particularly like the more solid-colored wedges that radiate directly to the left of the first major wedges on the top and bottom... if that let's you know where I'm talking about. :P

They look almost like shadows, which gives this an odd double-effect for me: one of an explosion of light, energy, and matter coming out from a vast distance, and the other of looking at an odd, varyingly colored sculpture of some sort, from only a short distance away.

I do get what you're talking about. :giggle:

Yes, this piece will play tricks on your eyes if you go too deep into it (which I did :faint:)
