Deep-Sea Eel

Done with Apophysis 2.05b.

I love how the red came out in this picture, even though it looks a little pixelated at some points. The eel's long body is shown in red until you get to the head, where it shows off its bioluminescence.

Comments greatly appreciated.

EDIT: I totally revamped this creature. It was redder than this one, but I really wanted to show off the bioluminescence, so I picked a different color. Also, the body was quite grainy with redness, so I used blue and pretty much eliminated all signs of grain with a 20000 quality render. You can see the belly of the eel if you pay close attention to the little points of red around where the eel is about to get bigger.
