Given that it's tri- rather than bi-coloured, perhaps 1 or 2 more colour changes towards the center would have provided improved balance, but the shape and render quality are excellent and those fizzing light patterns in the structure do a good job of conveying the idea of pure information on the move
Thanks a lot! I really appreciate your comment about the colors. Actually, there are about 10 colors total in that gradient, but I zoomed in on a part of the picure, so you only see three.
Yes, I can see how that would happen with a zoom. I've written a script that might possibly help by redistributing the colour allocations, though it really only makes a difference with 4 or more transforms. But of course, it's possible to gain tighter control manually with the colours or even to tinker with the gradient in a text editor...

I feel people shouldnt judge or try to correct others artwork. Their artwork is how they see it not what other people see. (just my opinion)
